The design of this Buckinghamshire detached home included a large basement covering the full footprint of the property and incorporating, at the heart of the building, a full-size bowling alley.



To comply with BS8102:2009, the external walls were waterproofed externally with a Type A Newton Hydrobond LM - the rubber waterproofing membrane being spray-applied. A Type C cavity drain membrane system was also fixed internally to prevent any possibility of water ingress.
