This construction of this additional level provided a large kitchen and social space which the client and the property was missing.

Solution

A full Type C Newton 508 cavity drain membrane system was installed to the walls with a sump and pumps.  A Newton 503 floor membrane was bonded to the floor screed and directly tiled with metre square marble.

 

The works were carried out over ten years ago and our client having had her system serviced annually has taken advantage of our extended warranty for an additional ten years. 20 years peace of mind.
